Modern J-Bass

Slightly hotter than the vintage model, for a warmer, fatter tone, without being too boomy. This pickup offers an increased midrange and growl, without sacrificing  articulation and note definition. Still a classic Jazz pickup, but with a bigger tone.

Vintage built using vulcanized fiberboard bobbin, quality Alnico 5 magnets, enamel magnet wire and cloth lead wires. Wax potted to avoid unwanted microphonics.

Resistance (+/- 5%) Neck: 8.4K, Bridge: 8.8K
